For transparency towards our future guests, the cancellation and payment conditions are listed below.
Standard credit card guarantee
The reservation is guaranteed by your credit card number and no withdrawals are made. Payment will be made directly to the hotel. Free cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date. For cancellations under 14 days the cancellation cost corresponds to the 1st night for stays from 1 to 3 nights, to the first 2 nights for stays of 4 nights or more. In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, the cancellation cost corresponds to the total reservation. Attention: in case of guarantee with a prepaid card, a pre-payment of at least 50% of the total stay will be required.
Guarantee with confirmatory deposit paid by bank transfer or authorized withdrawal on credit card
It does not allow any type of refund. In the event of a cancellation made within the established terms of 30 days prior to the date of arrival, the amount paid may be recognized on another stay to be made by the end of the current season. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the amount paid is retained as cancellation fees.
Guarantee with confirmatory deposit paid by bank transfer or authorized withdrawal on credit card for specific periods, promotions, offers, packages with special conditions
Withdrawals made on credit cards and bank transfers for reservations relating to specific peak seasons, promotions, offers, special packages and gift vouchers, are non-refundable. Changes of date or room type may be made at no additional cost if communicated at least 30 days before the originally scheduled arrival date.
Guarantee with confirmatory deposit paid by bank transfer or authorized withdrawal on credit card for group / work / company bookings
The confirmation deposit paid by bank transfer or authorized prepayment by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) for group / work / company bookings, is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure of individual guests, there is no refund.
Stay invoice request
The invoice request must be made at the time of booking confirmation, by communicating the billing data.
The balance of the stay is paid directly to the hotel in cash or with the main credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) or debit cards.
Early departure, not communicated before arrival, still requires payment for the booked stay.
